 MOULTRIE, Ga. - Colquitt Regional Medical Center is in the process of implementing pregnancy and infant loss programs offered by Rachel’s Gift. An educator from Rachel’s Gift will be at Colquitt Regional Medical Center July 10, 11, and 12 to teach a 4-hour infant bereavement course to staff members. The course objective is to assist staff in providing quality, compassionate bereavement care to patients suffering the loss of a baby through miscarriage, stillbirth, and infant death. Hospital staff will also be provided with information and resources to help guide patients through decision making and keepsake collection.
