Help After Neonatal Death (HAND)
HAND is a resource network of parents, professionals, and supportive volunteers that offers a variety of services throughout Northern California and the Central Valley. There are no fees for our services. HAND relies entirely on donations to support its programs.
Hoffman Hospice Grief Support Center
Hoffman Hospice Support Groups are led by trained grief counselors. The meetings are free and open to all. You need not to have a loved one on hospice to attend. Due to limited space, reservations are required.

We offer free virtual support groups led by caring, qualified counselors and social workers with years of experience to help moms and families move toward healing. Unlike general bereavement support groups, our groups are designed for families enduring miscarriage, stillbirth, and infant death. Families can join a support group at any time. All our groups are free for families to attend, as community donations generously fund them.
